Zoharav Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to services and commercial partnerships formalized through written contracts between Zoharav and its clients or partners. The Zoharav website is an informational platform only and does not process direct payments or online transactions.
2. Nature of Services
Our services consist of consulting, strategic advisory, and the facilitation of business partnerships. Given their intangible and customized nature, services rendered are not subject to refunds once initiated.
3. Refund Conditions
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
A contract has been signed but no services have yet commenced.
Zoharav is unable, for reasons attributable to us, to fulfill the contracted services.
Any refunds will be processed in accordance with the specific terms outlined in the contract.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted when:
Services have already commenced or deliverables (reports, recommendations, strategic materials) have been provided.
A delay or failure arises due to lack of cooperation, information, or actions by the client.
The contract explicitly specifies that fees are non-refundable.
5. Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official Zoharav contact email and must include:
Client or company name.
Contract reference details.
Reason for the request.
Zoharav will review and respond within ten (10) business days.
6. Updates
Zoharav reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The effective date of the latest version will always be indicated on this page.
