Damage policy
Zoharav provides digital services and insights that are delivered electronically. Since we do not ship physical goods, "damage" refers to service interruptions or digital product defects.
What qualifies as damage:
Service disruptions longer than 72 hours
Data corruption or loss due to internal system errors
Delivery of incomplete or non-functioning digital products
What does not qualify:
Misunderstanding of service scope
Lack of action by the client based on our consultation
Third-party implementation errors
Report digital damage within 3 business days of service delivery to: support@zoharav.com
